This cocktail was born in Florence, it was Pascal Olivier de Negroni who first asked for it in 1919. From then on it has never got out of fashion and is always popular.
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 30 ml of Campari
- 30 ml of Gin
- 30 ml of Viva la Virgen
- 1 slice of orange
- 1 twist of orange
Preparación:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add the gin
- Add the Viva la Virgen
- Then the Campari
- Mix
- Add the slice and twist of orange for decoration
You’re not in Florence but neither is it 1919. But one thing for sure you’ll enjoy an unforgettable aperitive.
